"Other Leagues"

My thread was closed on the competitive forums, but the issue remains. Many people and players cannot access the "Other Leagues" section of the competitive forums, myself included.

Edit: The issue seems to be f******ing off and on. Sometimes, it displays. Other times, it doesn't.

It is currently not displaying for me, but I posted in it not too long ago.
