I can not connect to some servers from Germany

Hello Community

since 1 month i can't join to UK 2 , NA 1 and NA 6 servers. Everytime i try to connect it stucks at step 2 and i get MM servers connection failed message.
Ive heard that some players from the East of Europe have the exact same problem but in UK 3.

So i wanted to ask if some other players have the same problem?
