When will you fix the UK servers? Useless support group! Does nothing to improve the servers situation! Fire those rabble and hire some good specialists!

You can send your feedback to them directly by sending in a Support ticket under "Complaints".

dude ..there have been a ton of upgrades and events so what do u expect ?? ha ? + there is a new shop on the site which requires a lot of server power so it wi'' be laggy some time in both Na and Uk servers !
+ wait for the next update ! things will get better m8

multi updates has been added and no such fix, its about 4 months

Went to go buy a drink, find myself with a big dc error, several months have past and still servers acting up but new useless content. Never seen a game server neglected for this long. Why even make a server issue thread if you not going to engage with the players, it's collecting dust...
