Cannot see clan chat in game or in lobby

Titles says it all. Not sure what I can do about this but its really annoying to not be able to talk in clan chat. I have tried the shift f4 thing and the box is checked in the lobby.

Have you checked your in-game settings? I know that you can block the clan chat with the in-games settings.
