My account has been blocked - please help me

Hello,

I'm playing crossfire for 5 years. 3 months ago my account was denied on the grounds that they use to cheat. But I didn't use. I sent a ticket many times but doesn't solved the problem. Please help me. I'm sure didn't use cheat. I want the evidence of this justification.

Support is always interested. Whether or not you get an answer YOU like may be a different story.

Always the same answers are given, like a robot.
