NA vs UK Ghost Mode Exhibition Date Voting
I won't even bother making this thread as pretty as the other one as I just am looking for ideal dates for this little event to be ran...
So as for the dates I would like players to vote between:
-May 27/28
-June 3/4
-June 10/11
-June 17/18
-June 24/25
-July ?/?
I would also like voters to post the time they would like the event to start at (ex. 4pm EST, 7pm PST, etc)
Same rules as other thread, post your IGN and Region when voting for the date for authentication reasons.
I would also like to note that if too many players can't make it on the voted day, I will either move the date to a later date, sub players that barely missed the top 10, or worst case scenario cancel the event.
Please make sure that everybody from your region is notified that they are playing, and if they can't play please notify me so I can make arrangements before the event starts

I don't understand how this tournament is organized in such way, what if some of the players that were voted for will not even play, or don't even know that they were chosen to play? Also if the date is set and some of the players in the team chosen aren't able to play? If it's not in July I myself wouldn't be able to play. It would be nice to mention such things. Thanks!

Well I know for a fact that most of the players on each team put in their own votes. So the majority of each team should be aware that they are playing, and if they are not I will try to notify everyone, and (as I am not a UK player) if I am unable to reach some of the UK voted players, I would like you or some other UK players to notify them. There are 10 players for a reason to account for potential missing players, and if too many of them are missing I can just move down the list and add players that barely didn't make it. And the entire reason to voting for the date and not just assigning it is so that I can have the best turnout on a given day. Obviously no date will work for everyone, but I want as many people to be happy with it as possible. Most of the UK list is in our GM discord with a link to this thread in the announcements, please show them that if you can. -
