hey,
iwasnot know that openning VPN is bannable
i was sometimes opens it and when i knew i deleted it
now its deleting and i promise u that iwillnot open it again
im sorry for openeing it and please dont ban me....

    VPN is a well known 3Rd party program which gives the person who uses it an advantage. It's banable for a while now. That's pretty much all I can tell you. If you used it and got banned for it there's nothing you can do. You won't be able to get your account unbanned since you have broken the rules. Also any questions about your account issues won't be handled on forum, for things like this you have to submit a ticket.
