hightened ping

i have this long time issue regarding with my ping and its almost 2months i experience these hightened ping.
my location is in middleeast (qatar) my previous ping is 128-132 but this past few months it increase dramatically to 198-206.
i already consult my internet provider and there is no problem about it, btw! im using a fiber optic 25mbps internet connection (wired connection).
it contineous increasing in different channel and all kind of modes.. i really desperate to fix this. and i really irritated and kind of upset
that i always got kicked in the room due to a high ping.. please im asking for your help how to fix my problem. i already try all the possible
methods to lower my ping but it did'nt work out.. i know you can help me and im hoping for a better solution. best regards to CF NA team
