Could it be a problem? Failed to connect to serve
One of its causes is Firewall

These choices for me are true or not?

I think there's something in advanced settings where you can add crossfire.exe (or find file path to it) and add to allow programs list. I tried it but it didn't work for me. I tried playing with firewall off and I still get the d/c error.

Are you connecting from Egypt? If so, there seems to be a large amount of players who can't play this game from Egypt. I would suggest to send in a Support Ticket. You may want to include details of your ISP, internet speeds, location and when does the error occur.
