Try this solution too, and unfortunately nothing new
At the moment, the best thing you can do is to send in a Support ticket with as much detail as you can regarding your problem. You may want to include details of your ISP, internet speeds, location and when does the error occur.
Hopefully by the next maintenance, this problem should be fixed. -

It is not reasonable for this problem to continue. Your solutions were not successful. Many Egyptians use IP change programs so they can play .. but unfortunately I got many ban because of the use of these programs .. What is the alternative?

Yes, the problem seems to be in Egypt only .. But a large sector of the Egyptians play this game .. We wish to find a solution to this problem .. The game was working well before the last update
