    Why i'm asking ?
    1. i saw you are using russian language keyboard - MUST change to ENG as default before you enter game ( or your WASD keys may not working under game as it should )
    2. if you are playing from any Europe country (except UK) AND your account is created after 04.aug.2011 you can't normally play this CF version, there is a restriction rule ( and if you are using a routing IP program to hide your country IP - you will get BAN )

    So just in case you are using a program to mask your IP - is possible that XIGNCODE3 to detect that and freeze ... eventually will also block your account permanently.

    I from russia and don't use a program to mask ip.

    1 . Anyway windows defender is a basic antivirus solution but can block exe file to be changed ( as on patch updates ) - therefore you must disable-it or add CF location to exception list

    I advise you to use a free bootable image from Bitdefender Rescue Disck - or - Kaspersky Rescue Disck , those are free to download and use - contain a self operating system on linux + antivirus, no install on your PC , just boot your PC using one of those , update antivirus and do a FULL HDD SCAN ... just to be sure you don't have any viruses.

    Have you tried uninstalling CF and reinstalling? Have you tried leaving it on overnight or something to see if it eventually loads?
