MP.. [Sable & Vepr]

Hello,
i have 2 problems..
1st : i bought vepr (30 days). after 3 days the cooldown didnont end. it shows constantly [less than 1min]
2nd : i found sable purchable with 13 k mp from item shop. [ choose chars, then sable, on purchase window, change zp to mp ]
a msg appears saying [the item has a monthly purchase limit, you can not purchase more].
So wat are those bugs ? wen will they be fixed ?
