Lol its been 48 hours. If I recall correctly update ended on the 19th, it's the 21st right now.

I would suggest to send in a Support ticket so they can take a look into it. Maybe they will add it manually to you?

I normally would, but they haven't given them out to anybody, so it's not just me.
In other words, I don't wanna spam their mailbox for no reason lol. I'm pretty sure they know.

^ this. we all did not get them yet. the GM's are aware of it and looking into it.

Alright I just asked questions on the stream, it turns out the reward system for the namecards is bugged. We'll have to wait until they fix it.
