8th anniversary ribbon disappeared

i acquired the 8 anniversary ribbon and and my ribbons was 18 ribbon
i cheeked it now to find it 17 and the 8th anniversary ribbon not included in my collection whats wrong and why the 8th ribbon disappeared from my collection please help
i did all 30 day missions even got the Armsel Striker Golden Phoenox and almost about 50 coupon from black market chest of this event, i worked hard for it
i submited a ticket to gm but seems no response 2 days till now

You had to do another task and at least 20 daily missions

Also, they are in holidays. You have to wait till Monday when they are back to their offices.

If you think that you have completed all the task and deserve the ribbon you should submit a ticket. I did the event as well and I got my ribbon. It's either a bug for you or you did not complete it fully, therefor a ticket is your best bet
