HGW Problem

i play for more than 1.5 year without any problem .
Today i have a problem with HGW stuck in step 7 and stop .
i have 2 laptop and the problem in both .
i try to re-install game twice but problem is not solved .
so i need help and thank you .

What operating system are you using?
Any other programs open in the background?
Any antivirus/firewall?
Etc

no any program open in background
antivirus is off
