they dont care i send 5 tickets in 3 months they do nothing only same replys in tickets . -

Did you have played another game before like Metin2 or do you have programs in background which may effect the game?
Some other players banned but they are unbanned now.

same problem my brother installed metin2 and i logged into game after disconnected i saw i permanent banned 3 months ago -
