Purchase ZP issue
I recently purchase 100,000 ZP on my account by using Credit Card method. It said my purchase is on hold and it also deducted on my bank account. I just want to know how long will it take for the process because I have wait for nearly a day and still haven't received my ZP

It is against z8 policy to refund ZP purchases. If it's on hold, does that mean it's still pending per your bank? Even if a payment doesn't go through, sometimes there's a temporary hold that usually disappears within 24-48 hours. -

Nope. Still haven't received anything. The first time I purchased 10,000 ZP by Credit Card method, it took about 10 mins to received. But it is nearly a day and I still don't have my ZP when I purchased 100,000 ZP today. I tried again with E - Wallet method and it worked. So I don't know what I can do to refund those 100,000 ZP back.
