as they stated above. to get your GP you're going to have to go back to the server list (where you choose North America 1-6 servers or UK 1-5 servers.) then rejoin a server and your GP amount SHOULD increase accordingly to what you've won. It's a hassle and it should get fixed...but when it will...who knows. Similarly if you log off the game completely it'll be there for when you start the game up the next time around.
