i wantto an investigation for permanent bans i think it is an error for xincode program.there are a lot of people expect me get permanent banned !

i send 5 ticket in 3 months the answers is same "your account violated our Terms of Service and Games Policies." they said that. im sure there is program error for bans !

I'm sorry, but as you were told. No one can help you here. If you can't work it out with the support, there's nothing you can do. Bad things happen. Keep trying with tickets or move on.
