Banned for no reason !!

My main account was banned for no reason and the support says it's banned for using cheats ... how can i know if i was reported or at least know how i was banned for !! ???

No one can help you here in this matter. Only the support can.
You should know that hacking is not the only way to get banned. If you share your account for example, you could get banned. Also that one you shared with might use hack, so you get banned for it.
Edit: By the way, There's a reply for this matter from an actual GM here
You should avoid downloading/using hacks, going to malicious/suspicious websites & sharing/using a VPN to avoid such thing from happening in the future.
