I have been seeing issues regarding to people getting disconnected and then be perm banned, please check into this. maybe it has to do something with the new hacking system they have recently put in? i myself has sent tickets about this but i am pretty sure its a bug if like 10+ people are having the same problem please help us the support team did not help us please tell them about us . my account block since 16 days and i did not open hack in my life i swear ign : -EnGineer.

Now that we've got that out the way, you don't get randomly disconnected then blocked for no reason. If you randomly get disconnected and permanently banned while you are playing legit, the GMs most likely manually banned you based on reports. Note that it might not be for hacking. It could be for glitching, for chargeback, or many other things that are against the terms of service.

The only way you are getting help with a banned account, and I believe you've been told this several times, is through tickets.
If the tickets aren't helping you, then there is NOTHING that can be done. No doubt in your mind it's unfair and it sucks etc. but that's the hard truth. If tickets can't help you, nothing can.
There is NO point making any new threads or comments because there is literally nothing that can be done account-wise through anything but tickets.

You will get the same answer time and time again because that IS the only answer.

No but for real you have to submit a ticket for that type off stuff please. Also i know for facts that's being looked over at the moment.
