Attempts to change password failed.
Well, my account password got changed few weeks ago. I tried to change the password with my registered email several times, and it showed the information updated successfully. However, I was still not able to log into my account as it shows incorrect password. Anyone here can offer any solution? Are there any way to contact Z8 instead of sending a troublesome ticket?

But since I still got my registered email, why can't I just simply reset my password? It show information has been updated or something, but I am still unable to log in?
I'm guessing that if you keep resetting your password but you can't login to the account you're trying to log into, your email you are using may actually be for another account. As Jessy said, I strongly recommend sending a ticket so we can get it all sorted out

Sadly noSo, just to be sure, is there any way I can get to know my log in ID if I forget it? Like using the currently registered email to find out my log in ID?
Nobody can provide you with a Login ID and none of our systems can currently give it to you either. -

Like I ma provide you guys with some other valid information such as registration date, payment information, player ID, number of vip weapons, recent transaction date, etc ?

Number of VIP weapons isn't valid proof, as you can look up peoples profiles and count (Bar duplicates of course), but I would just send a ticket and see what they ask for. -
You can guess at the fields if you don't fully remember, but ID is something you will have to have, otherwise they can't look anything up.Then how am I supposed to prove I am the owner.Since there is a required field of current registered email which I forget. -.-
