Got banned after alt+tab

I was in lobby and alt +tab to switch to my teamspeak and all of a sudden i got kicked out of the game and i got PERM banned. which is very odd because i have never hacked before. so for me to get banned without hacking and there is hackers everyday still playing freely.. this really has to be a glitched or something.
