Account permanently blocked without a reason

Hi 3 days ago i was in uk clan server and when i changed channel to uk 4 i got a permanent bann..i already sent 7/8 tickets to the support and they couldn't help me like they should..i wanna ask why the game masters blocked my account because i've bought 4 vips and they banned me without a reason i never used hacks and i've never gliched some game master can help me please because the support told me i've violated the terms of the game bit i didn't done nothing wrong..thanks
