This service is not available on your region.

I've been getting this error again and again. I sent a ticket and hey! they replied with the usual " sorry for the inconvenience" and stuff like that but they DID NOT OFFER ANY FIX and they immediately closed the ticket .You won't even let me ask why and how to fix it? WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER. So if you guys have any fix for this tell me about it. If you're wondering where I'm from, I live in Canada and it's nowhere near the IP restriction thing. So please guys help me.

  • If you do indeed live in Canada and can't access CFNA, then I would suggest to send them a Support ticket along with proof that you live in Canada e.g. IP Address

I looked up your IP and it shows as 'unknown'. This leads me to believe you might be using a VPN of some sort. If you are, this can cause the Region Block error that you are receiving. If this is the case, trying turning it off and running CrossFire that way, and let us know the result.

I don't know really know if that is the case but I am using an internet that is a sub branch of the main internet company here in montreal. I'm using teksavvy and it's a sub company that gets their connection from Bell. One more thing, on some days I am able to log in just fine but it rarely happens now.

Well, while I'm not entirely sure on what basis the whole IP restriction mechanic is working on, I'd imagine your Provider is routing your Connection through a Country which happens to be IP Blocked every now and again to cut costs.

Although I hardly am no expert in such a thing. Or like Kanadian said you might unknowingly be running a VPN without knowing about it, although the odds of that are fairly low, I'd reckon.
