HELP!! The account is not available for recovery.

Hello, after long time I tried to log in with my old acc and it says : "The account is not available for recovery." but in my mail there is an old Z8 games mail and there is ID and pass but it dont work. Any help?

Try sending a ticket to the Account Admin section of support
