No EP given

After the Crossfire Goals event, I did not receive any of the EP I was supposed to get... (60K ep from the 4 things we succeeded, 15k * 4).
I heard from some of my clan mates that they got more EP than they should and that z8games took some away, but I did not get any. Mods, if you don't believe me, check my purchase history.
I really want this to get fixed

U have to send suppurt ticket, i dont think any1 here will help u, cause we dont know ur logs and if u finish the 2500 goals already or not, good luck

Did you complete the personal goals? You can only get the EP if you completed the personal goals. If you didn't, don't bother wasting the suppor center's time with a ticket.

The additional EP you mentioned was given in error and removed as you mentioned.
