i tryied to reset my pw. I was offline 1 jear my acc sill exist. I have my id and email but i dont get the email for the reset . My inbox is always empty why i dont get the email for it ?

thats correct but i reset it a few times it takes more than 24H i dont get anything i test to create an acc and put my email adress and also the same id and sytem says this email and id is allreay used .

how long will the support need to recive my ticket ?

If the email isnt coming through then it will be being blocked/filtered by your email host. If this is the case there is nothing that can be done this side.

Check your junk//spam folder, and if it's not there, you will need to contact your email provider to see if they can unblock the address.

i watched the sender is not blocked from z8 games support. it is possible that i can change then my acc email to another email when this email dont work?

it possible that i can change the email from my acc ? i have all the information The secret answer the id and the normal register email . The z8games support mail is not in thr block list or something

thats my acc i want to reset the pw i have the sec answer and the id and i can also say wich password i used all the time what i change the pw sometimes ( OLD PWS ) to proof that im the owner of this acc GM pls help me i spend too much money on this acc
