Where is my perm valentines grande?

You need to have the following weapons as permanent items in your storage in order to get the permanent Valentines Grenade:

• Savage 110BA-Valentine
• Steyr TMP-Valentine
• Dual Karambit-Valentine
• Laser Dagger-Valentine

Once you have completed this set, you should wait up to 48 hours for the weapon to show up in your storage. If you still haven't got the weapon then please send in a Support Ticket.

Since I know you won all weapons shortly after Zalstis and I won it, probably best to follow abel's advice and submit a support ticket so they can look into the issue. Btw, does your profile say it's missing a Valentine weapon? A couple of days ago the Savage no longer shows up in our permanent weapons collection, but we still have our grenade. It looks like the common denominator is that both Zalstis and I recently used our Savage.
