No idea how you were able to "refund" it, but you can't just tell them to re-add the ZP to your account just because you don't need a certain weapon anymore.

Hello, our records show that you have received your refund for this weapon on January 27th. It was bought again from the same account on the same day after you received your refund.

i did not look at ticket answers and bought again. It's wrongly. My fault. Now I can't refund item? I bought wrong weapon. I try to buy other weapon. I miss click.

I bought 500k Zp this week. And your attitude is bad. I bought the wrong item. And I can not return it. Just thanks.

You can only refund once per account, and within 48h after the purchase. How's her attitude bad towards you?

wrongly purchase , i think u did not understant. Hmm just forget it.Game is over for me , i can play other games. I got it ,my money in waste now.
