Hi, 4T-sTaNKaRa here.

I have lost access to my account and I can't complete ticket as I don't have receits I used to purchase ZP (altough I can confirm what purchase method I used) and beside that I don't know exact day when I created my account.

Issue is I can't login and I didn't get any e-mail whatsoever that PW or Username were changed so I wasn't aware of the same issues until half hour or more when I tried to login after some time of inactivity.

Edit: I just tried to recover password and I get error "The account is not available for recovery.".

The only way you can recover your account is by sending in a Support Ticket. Try to fill out as much details as possible. If you purchased ZP online, you should have emails of those transactions. If you can't remember the exact date of creation, then figure out at least the month and the year.

I posted it here because I was unable to send ticket to correct department and I wasn't thinking clearly to make a different ticket.

It was either recovered with a support ticket by the original owner (making ur email invalid.)
Or you were permanently banned & info was deleted.
