i have new account

and when i am login game in UK SERVER i have message [ disconnected from server ]

and login after i have permanently blocked

plz help

So if you create this new account from one of those red zone country then you can't play this version anyway.

2. If you are from green zone country - then send a ticket to support center to get more info about the reason you get blocked

P.S. You can get account blocked if you have some suspect programs running on backgound - also check your PC to be clean of viruses, malwares ..etc

Blocked regions are not able to even create an account.
