Anti Wall Hack Suggestion On S&D/Ghost Mode

This is just a small time suggestion on S&D and Ghost Mode matches to stop wallers ruining the round before it commences. The other day I remember during an S&D match that someone joined on my team with wall hack and knew where the enemy was exactly. He shot through the walls and killed the entire team before the round started, and he did this 8 times in a row whilst initiating vote kicks on other people so we couldn't kick him. So how about like on FFA and Team Deathmatch that we make it that at the start of the round you can't be killed after say 5-7 seconds, giving people time to mobilize and escape the pending massacre when a waller arrives in game.
