Wave mode experience

So guys for wave mode, how do you level up quickly, and i dont mean inside of the game, i mean those maximum lvl 30 thing, for the gems.
Sometimes I level up in 1 game, and other times i barely gain any experience from games, can y'all make some sense out of this?
Much appreciated.
I realized I put this in the wrong place, can a mod move this to barracks community.

    u can upgrade ur level by playing wave mode and killing soldiers inside it(the more time in game will gives u more exp for leveling up)and u can also level up by playing super soldiers
    and super soldiers it is good mode for u
