account suspenden?!?!?!

someone reported me for wall hacking but i really don't hack, I don't have any evidence that can prove that I don't hack. I got reported just because i was shooting through walls, sometimes i play like that because i always check if there are enemy's behind it. I really don't hack i swear and now my money is wasted for buying VIPs. now my account is permanently suspended.
Please I really need it back so i can play again, I don't want to create another account again and buying Vip, I just want this account. if you can bring back my account it would be really great.
