Can't change email because the verification mail doesn't come

Hello,

I have access both to my account and the mailservice I registered with. However, I am unable, to change my email. When typing in the new email address it says it sent the verification, but nothing arrives. Resending doesn't help either. I checked the spamfolder. What gives?

There isn't a support ticket for this issue. I could try, but it asks for acc creation date and I don't have the original mail.

I would just make a estimate on the account creation date. As long as it's in the same month and year, you should be alright.
