the connection has delayed

hi today i play 1 game snd but the ping was high so after game finished i log out and restart router and my pc the i loged in again but i couldnt play any game or event start it when i hosted any game or any mode,,,firstt game i try to play when loged in the loading page appear and reaches to 45% then it like droped with message "the connection has delayed",,,,after this any game i try start or join gives me same message directlly without loading page appears
if i relog again the loading page appear and reaches to 45% then it like droped with message "the connection has delayed".
idk what problem off course my antivirus is off and firewall (public and private)off,
i sent also to support a ticket to helps me
but here i will try to find fast solution to my preblem if any face it or know where the problem will be from game,my net or pc or account problem
