Verification Mail wont arrive

As the Title says i Tried to Change my Email to my new one because im going to close the old one but i dont get the Verification Mail sent. I checked Spam Folder and the other Folders but couldnt find it anywhere. Wrote to the Support Like 7 Times They Keep giving me the Same Copy Paste stuff that they need more Account Information because i forgot my Secret Answer. Thought maybe some Humans in this Forum could help me and not the Copy Paste Bots from Z8Games (Im not Hating).

    But if you don't know the information for support to help you, how do you think anyone here can?

    You need to try to remember the correct information, sadly there is nothing anyone can do without it, it is a security feature.

    Also, some email providers block emails more aggressively than others, so some will block Z8Games emails.
