I had the same issue when i tried to login to an acc from an filipine friend.actually i think there is no solution for this just make a new acc

Depending on when you created your Account, I'd assume accounts created after August 3rd undergo a constant IP Check when logging in. So if you happened to live in a Country that was allowed, and then moved to a country which was region restricted, you are unfortunately locked out.

As you can see, the entirety of Japan is blocked from playing CrossFire NA.

That's however just me thinking up a possible scenario. You'll have to wait for a official word by a GM or MOD.

I'd recommend you to download CrossFire Japan instead.
