My account has been stolen

My account has been stolen and they used with my acc hack. My acc banned permanent in first ban. İ know first in game, first e-mail id and registration date. İ was send ticket GM's they didn't help me. He always said me we are can't help copy&paste. Please help me. İ bought very very ZP.
