cf doesnt run on dedicated gpu

so im trying to run crossfire on my dedicated gpu because i get some fps drops on my integrated but even when i put it on high performance at my amd settings so it runs at the dedicated one it seems like its not...i dont know is it the games fault or amd doesnt detect the game or something i dont know...could someone who knows answer or admins try to fix it THANK YOU (oh and im playing from a laptop)
