HMX Ribbon

Hi, I'm with a problem because I've been playing Hero Mode X for 3/4 months and I've been counting my games and I already made a lot of them and I didn't received the both ribbons, and have pretty sure that I made both tasks (100 wins Mutants and 100 wins soldiers) and I made it with very different ways, until 9 rounds until 17 rounds, more than 6 people, full rooms, soldiers with more winning rounds than mutants, so I sent a ticket but in there they didn't helped me just said that they couldn't get my records about those mode, and when I came to the forum to tell this very people told me that both ribbons are bugged and I sent a ticket with that info and they told me that would investigate, but so many time for that? I'm doing this ribbon at least 1 year and how it's possible I didn't got already, and more, it was a time that the daily mission was like 12 Hero Mode X games, to receive a X-mas crate and I didn't all times and I'm not counting those games too, so can someone give me just a little info or something else?
