Service is not available in your region

I have created another account lately for the mere purpose of playing unnoticed in-case it was something about stopping farmers on anything, it says service not available in your region on that account, after many tries i logged my main to check and it works perfectly, i was able to access my new account earlier but now i can't, also other low ranked account i have giving out the same error.
