From Few days my account get banned permanently i don't know why or how!!, but there an strange issue, that's when i try to login into the game i see notice about my account have been permanently blocked, but here on z8games.com website my account works fine and no notice about blocking account or banned, My account have full access to z8games and can access to profile, also can purchase zp, everything is ok like any normal account, so i think is that is bug or something like that, Account blocked on game but have full access on website!!
a ticket so that support staff may give you a few ideas on how to fix this.
