I presume can be for one of next reason:
1. Account shared (and the other fiend of yours use hacks - and get reproted)
2. Payback charge
3. Bad word inside game like: swearing, racist expresion or religion swearing ..etc

I eliminate the fact you personally can use hacks - presuming if you was using hacks you will not asking why you get banned

and i never use any of this ways .. and also i got banned forever ..
and i know about tickets it will not solve anything ..
half of players got banned with no reasons or even warning if we do some thing wrong !
here we most post and talking about this problem .. it's not only for me it's for many other players. .

So then complaining on forums will get you nowhere. Nobody on the forum can help you, only sending in a ticket will get you anywhere.

me too i got perm blocked because false charge back .
it's unfair.
i got this after a while of new update
please help because support won't help me , They only do copy and paste old saved messages .
