my acc has been blocked permantly from noting what is the erorr in game

when i open my acc opened no problem and when joined room the game send me erorr and out me from my acc

and when i open my acc again it not opened and send me your acc has been permantly blocked

what this the problem plesae

Send in a Support ticket. Nobody can the forums can help you with this problem.

If you have been permanently banned then it's probably for a good reason.

Exactly this^ if you have a proven with your account you need to submit a ticket.
