I Got This Error Every 5 Or 7 Crate ..

Does this happen often or is it once in a while? Normally, this fixes it self once you go back to lobby and then back to the Black Market.

You can send in a Support ticket with any screenshots attached with detail information on what happened before this error occurred and that will help the GMs figure out how to fix the bug.

In the first 50 crate it happened 3 time

I too get that bug from time to time, usually after certain updates or server issues. I'd recommend you to try spinning on another server, or simply re-install the whole game. If that doesn't work, send a ticket like the other guys already told you.
