ZP didn't receive!

I bought 200000 ZP buy using rixty yesterday, order numbers are ~Removed~ or ~Removed~, however I only received 100000zp. Could you please solve the problem for me? I contacted ricty, they said it show order has completed on their side, game currency should have gone through to my account, It's been a day, I still haven't receive the other 100000zp.
