Delay in crossfire

For some reason for the past 2 days I load up crossfire all good and everything, but for some reason it slows down when I highlight over a room, or go to storage and when I join a game it does the same thing. Also when I start a game it freezes like every 20 seconds of gameplay. If anyone can help me let me know.
