This XIGNCODE3 error

Well, after updating the game , I logged in good and when I tried to join a server it gave me an error which is shown in the picture below. Any solutions?

Which programs do you have running? Please provide a screenshot of your Processes in Windows Task Manager if possible.

But then I have 4 VPN connections on my PC, and various other things. People can do more than just play CF with their computer? Hence the reason we need to see the task manager to diagnose it further. It could be that the VPN is the reason why, but then it could easily be any number of other processes running in the background.

What does that have to do with this error? It's not running.

EDIT: I found 66 background apps running, what should I do?
